阿拉伯樹膠是一種高分子化合物,是阿拉伯酸和阿拉伯酸鉀鹽、鈣鹽的混合物。它們的分子結構中含有多個羥基(OH),具有良好的親水疏油性。

阿拉伯樹膠對印刷版的保護作用

阿拉伯樹膠是一種高分子化合物,是阿拉伯酸和阿拉伯酸鉀鹽、鈣鹽的混合物。它們的分子結構中含有多個羥基(OH),具有良好的親水疏油性。


將阿拉伯樹膠擦塗在PS版錶面,以高分子化合物的低能錶面,代替空白部分氧化鋁的高能錶面,可以阻止空氣中的非極性分子和油等雜質,在印版空白部分的氧化鋁薄膜上吸附,同時還能防止鋁版基氧化,起到保護其潤濕性能的作用。


印刷開始時,由於阿拉伯樹膠親水性好,易溶於水,用水清洗,即可除去膠層,恢復非圖文部分的高能錶面潤濕性。
