捲筒紙數字印刷系統

 Hp Indigo Omnius惠普捲筒紙數字印刷機。印刷原理和上述設備類同。

因為捲筒紙不可能多次通過印刷滾筒,因此,在多色印刷時 Omnius機不能採用多次走紙套色印刷的方式,只能把需要印刷的各分色圖像依次轉移到橡皮滾筒上集成疊印後紙張一次通過完成多色印刷由於各分色圖像都疊印到橡皮滾筒上,所以套印精度完全決定於印版滾筒油墨轉移到橡皮滾筒的轉移質量。

由於所有圖像先疊印到橡皮滾筒上,承印材料的變形不會引起套印問題,所以,這種機器也可以使用彈性捲筒材料印刷。
