如研發高性能低成本的紙漿模塑一次性餐飲具和包裝製品,取代木箱包裝的蜂窩紙板箱及生產裝備,植物纖維緩沖包裝製品,可完全生物降解塑料,高強度薄壁輕量化玻璃瓶,廢棄包裝的高質量回收再生技術,尤其是廢塑料的高質量回收再生技術等,集中人、財、物力量,組織精乾隊伍,有計劃、有目標地開展攻關協作,使我國綠色包裝材料的開發工作走在世界前列。
