在印刷公司紙堆高度超過齊紙塊允許高度。其原因是:一般紙堆的高度應低於齊紙塊5mm左右。由於紙張上翹或紙堆高低調節不當原因,致使紙堆上升高度超過允許範圍,便會產生雙張或多張紙被帶入輸紙台。

在印刷公司紙堆高度超過齊紙塊允許高度。其原因是:一般紙堆的高度應低於齊紙塊5mm左右。由於紙張上翹或紙堆高低調節不當原因,致使紙堆上升高度超過允許範圍,便會產生雙張或多張紙被帶入輸紙台。

排除的方法

(1)紙張上翹時,可進行反敲紙處理。

(2)由於紙堆太高,所產生的雙張則可將拖梢一側塞進木楔進行控制,也可以採用降低分紙器高度的方法來解決。
