​印刷公司紙張拖梢向上翹起。其原因是:當松紙吹嘴吹出的氣流接觸紙邊時,因上翹的紙張有一個圓弧,氣流遇此圓弧,被分成兩部分,部分氣流使紙張上抬,另一部分氣流向下轉,無法分開紙張,使擋紙毛刷失去作用。

同時上翹的紙邊一般具有彈性,壓紙腳壓住時,它就縮下去,抬起時,它又跟著抬起來,從而造成雙張、多張,甚至一疊疊地進入輸紙台

排除的方法

(1)將紙搬下,進行反敲紙處理

(2)調節分紙吸嘴底面角度,使之與紙堆面保持平行。
