印刷公司印品尾梢套印不準。其原因是:海德堡102系列膠印機,最後個機組的尾角線不能和前幾個機組上的尾角線重合。

印刷公司印品尾梢套印不準。其原因是:海德堡102系列膠印機,最後個機組的尾角線不能和前幾個機組上的尾角線重合。

經反復檢查發現,在最後一個機組上收紙鏈條叼紙牙從壓印滾筒的叼紙牙接紙時,整排叼牙叼紙力不均勻,而且還不是在接紙位置上同步接紙。

收紙叼牙兩端叼紙力松,中間緊,致使收紙鏈條叼紙從橡皮滾筒的後半部揭紙時。不是平整順次地揭下來,而是拉著紙張從左右兩側向中心收縮,導致印品尾梢部位套印不準。

排除的方法首先記住出故障的一排叼紙牙,點動機器使其傳送至機器的後面。然後逐個調整整排叼紙牙的叼紙力,要求所有叼紙牙的叼紙力一致,調好後試印,故障即可消除。
