印刷公司印刷機收紙叼牙接不住紙。其原因是:膠印機在印刷過程中,每張印​品均有收紙叼牙從壓印滾筒叼牙中接過來,傳送至收紙臺上。在檢查中發現,收紙叼牙排叼牙與壓印滾筒交接時,重疊叼紙時間過短,未能叼住紙張,造成瞬時失控而脫落。

印刷公司印刷機收紙叼牙接不住紙。其原因是:膠印機在印刷過程中,每張印品均有收紙叼牙從壓印滾筒叼牙中接過來,傳送至收紙臺上。在檢查中發現,收紙叼牙排叼牙與壓印滾筒交接時,重疊叼紙時間過短,未能叼住紙張,造成瞬時失控而脫落。

排除的方法這種故障是收紙叼紙牙排開閉時間不對造成的。以壓印滾筒叼牙為基準,調整收紙牙排上的叼牙開閉牙時間,在距兩滾筒相切位置前1°左右調節開牙凸輪板,松開螺釘,將凸輪板上移,使收紙叼牙叼紙,再轉過1°左右壓印滾筒叼牙放紙,調整後一定要緊固螺釘,以防回松造成閉牙時間變化,然後開機印刷,故障即可排除。
