   ①在使油墨固結時,不應改變紙張及油墨的顏色,也不應使紙張變形,影響印刷精度。

    ②不應污染環境,也不能影響操作者的健康

    ③在烘乾含有易揮發、易燃燒成分的油墨時,要設有防火、防爆等安全裝置

    ④工作中能無級調節乾燥溫度。

    ⑤烘乾裝置啟用時,應能較快轉入工作狀態,停用時應能立即終止對紙張的作用。

    ⑥調機或停機時應能自動關閉。

    ⑦在性能要求能夠滿足的情況下,要求能耗小、體積小。
