(1)操作時“給定”旋鈕和“手動”旋鈕不能同時使用。用“給定”旋鈕時,使“手動”旋鈕調到零位,使用“調整”位和“自動”位時,只調“給定”旋鈕和“放大”旋鈕。
(2)冷卻循環系統應暢通,保證磁粉制動器的工作溫度不致過高。冷卻水溫度應適當,太低易在磁粉制動器錶面凝結水珠,使磁粉受潮,同時檢查水路是否漏水。
(3)發現磁粉制動器力矩不穩定或急劇下降時,應檢查磁粉是否結塊或氧化,並及時更換
(4)更換磁粉時應輕拿輕放,避免敲打和撞擊。
