畫冊印刷廠印刷機在印刷過程中,張力的大小對印刷質量的影響如下

若張力過大,則使紙帶在縱向上承受的拉力過大和在橫向上的受力不夠均勻,所以會產生紙帶的斷裂,另外,如果紙帶沒有斷裂,但沿走紙方向(縱向)上形成波紋,則影響圖文的套印準確,而且還會影響印品的平整光潔。

倘若張力過小,輸紙過程中容易引起紙帶脫捲,形成紙帶飄動,時緊時松,另外,還使紙帶在壓印前後都產生起包現象,容易引起橫向打皺,影響套印。
