深圳印刷廠在印刷過程中,印張從橡皮滾筒上剝下來時形成一彎曲的圓弧,使紙張變形成凸起狀。為了不影響收紙質量和不降低機器速度將紙張平整地收齊,有的機器加裝了印張平整器,利用這種裝置上的理平輥和氣泵的吸力讓印張反向在理平輥上方通過,使凸起部分復原,消除變形。
