深圳印刷廠在單張紙膠印機的收紙臺上都裝有齊紙機構,其作用就是使落在收紙臺上的印張理齊,整平收紙臺上有前齊紙板、側齊紙板和後齊紙板三種,當印張落下時,前齊紙板來回擺動,後齊紙板固定

所以就控制了印張前後的降落位置,而側齊紙板沿印張左右方向來回移動,同樣控制了印張左右方向的降落位置,齊紙板的互相配合,就將印張整齊地堆積在收紙臺上,實際上,齊紙機構是在印張減速器等的共同配合下完成齊紙的,只不過最終還是由齊紙機構將印張理平。
