(1)收紙時印刷品的印刷面一般要求朝上,一是便於操作者觀察印品的質量情況,二是避免未乾燥的圖文蹭臟。

(2)收紙堆應堆放整齊、堆疊成垛,便於後工序檢驗、運輸、裁切折頁等。

(3)印刷紙邊不撕口、畫面不蹭臟

(4)便於在高速印刷的情況下取得樣張。

(5)為減少停機時間,應設有不停機更換收紙堆的裝置,保證不停機操作。

(6)收紙裝置要有較強的適應性,對各種不同厚度的紙都能收齊。

(7)備有必要的收紙附屬設施。
