(1)紅外線能量通過空氣時的損失極少,紅外線的放射效率很高。

(2)根據開關的斷通,可在瞬刻之間達到最高輸出和輸出消失。

(3)燈的壽命約5000,維修費用低廉。在印刷機的收紙裝置紅外線燈按進紙方向有如下的排列方式

    (1)與印刷品進紙方向成平行的排列方式。這種形式又有豎排、斜排兩種。

    (2)與印刷品的進紙方向成垂直的排列方式
