印刷廠紅外線乾燥油墨的適用性是怎樣的?

印刷廠紅外線油墨與紫外線乾燥油墨不同,它和普通的樹脂型快乾油墨的用法一樣,無須選擇印版,不會使膠輥和橡皮布因膨脹而變壞,不需要特殊的洗滌液。另外,印刷廠紅外乾燥油墨即使在不受紅外線照射時,也和一般油墨一樣具有普通乾燥性。而紫外線乾燥油墨則不同,它不受紫外線照射就乾不了,此外紅外線乾燥油墨按其用途不同可以分為薄紙用的油墨和厚紙用的油墨,這兩種油墨的乾燥效果和印刷適性各異,至於厚紙用的油墨,對於其耐磨性和二次疊印等問題也做了充分的考慮。
