深圳印刷廠單張紙膠印機橡皮滾筒包襯的種類有軟、中、硬三種

(1)軟包襯=1張橡皮布+毛呢+襯墊

特點:橡皮佈下麵的毛呢富有彈性、變形量較大,由於彈性較大不易出現墨杠,但變形大使網點變形,影響了印刷品的質量,所有軟包襯只有在舊膠印機、磨損過多的機器上使用。軟包襯的印刷壓力(壓縮量)一般控制在0.15~0.25m之間。

(2)中硬包襯=1張橡皮布+夾膠布+襯墊=2張橡皮布+襯墊

特點:這種包襯軟硬適中、印出的網點清晰、增大率低,它的印刷壓力一般控制在0.05~0.15mm之間。

(3)硬包襯=1張橡皮布+紙或尼龍布(白光片)

特點:這種包襯是一種純硬包襯,它印出的網點特別清晰,但由於彈性差,故對膠印機的製造精度和壓力調節比較嚴格,對橡皮布的平整度要求也較嚴格,該包襯特別適合使用氣墊橡皮布,印刷壓力一般控制在0.04~0.08mm之間,精確度較高的高速印刷機採用這種包襯方法。
