在印刷廠生產過程中,滾筒襯墊的變化會造成印張上的圖文尺寸發生變化,有時為瞭解決局部的套印誤差,可以利用這個變化關系在允許的範圍內,通過改變滾筒襯墊厚度的方法來適應圖文尺寸的套印需求。但是滾筒襯墊的改變,實際上就是改變了滾筒之間的半徑關系,應使襯墊的增減量控制在允許的範圍之內,以低速機增減值不超過0.1mm,中高速機不超過0.05mm為佳。

(1)增大印版襯墊的厚度,將使印張上的圖文尺寸縮短

(2)減小印版襯墊的厚度,將使印張上的圖文尺寸伸長。
