​潤版液pH一般在4.5-55,pH過高,版面親水能力差,印版易起臟;而H過低,印版錶面會受到嚴重的腐蝕,甚至破壞印版空白部分版材的錶面結構,使印版空白部分出現砂眼,易造成網點損傷,還會降低印刷品的光澤。
關於包裝印刷廠的水墨平衡

①潤版液pH:

潤版液pH一般在4.5-55,pH過高,版面親水能力差,印版易起臟;而H過低,印版錶面會受到嚴重的腐蝕,甚至破壞印版空白部分版材的錶面結構,使印版空白部分出現砂眼,易造成網點損傷,還會降低印刷品的光澤。

②水墨平衡。

在包裝印刷廠印刷過程中,油墨在水分過大時會發生乳化,印跡乾燥後,色彩暗淡,光澤降低。在印刷過程中,堅持墨稠水小的操作方法,降低了油墨的乳化值,保證印出的產品色相純正,飽和度高,色彩鮮艷、墨層厚實,網點擴大值小,而且清晰,飽滿厚實。但是如果水量過小,將會導致傳墨不暢,版面起臟,而不能正常印刷。
