印刷包裝廠輸紙部分有哪些因素會造成套印不準?怎樣解決?

印刷包裝廠輸紙部分造成套印不準的解決辦法如下

(1)輸紙裝置輸紙太快或太慢

解決方法:調節輸紙裝置與前規的配合時間,使之符合印刷要求。

(2)接紙輪壓力過輕,引起紙張“走不足”。解決方法:調節接紙輪壓力,使之輕重均勻、適當。

(3)輸紙線帶太松而產生打滑或線帶張緊輪、定滑輪缺油而轉動不靈活,引起“走不足

解決方法:綳緊線帶,拆洗張緊輪和定滑輪,並加機油使之充分潤滑。

(4)輸紙臺上的壓紙輪位置不正確,壓力太輕或太重,引起“走不足”。

解決方法:放準壓紙輪的位置,使其相互銜接準確,擰緊(或放鬆)壓簧,增加(或減少)壓力。

(5)紙張太薄、太軟,紙邊應力不足,使紙邊捲曲,引起紙張“走過頭”或“拉過頭”。

解決方法:把紙張叼口邊和側規定位處敲挺,增強紙邊的應力。

(6)紙張與側規的拉紙距離太遠或太近,容易引起“拉不足”或“拉過頭”。

解決方法:使拉紙距離保持在5~8m之間。
