印刷包裝廠造成空張的原因及解決方法如下

(1)紙堆與分紙吸嘴之間的距離太大

解決方法:縮短壓紙腳桿的長度,使紙堆與分紙吸嘴的距離減少(薄紙為6~8mm,厚紙為2-3mm)或降低分紙吸嘴的高度。

(2)紙張拖梢向下捲曲。

解決方法:把紙張的正面進行敲紙處理或調節分紙吸嘴的吸紙角度。

(3)遞紙吸嘴與紙堆之間距離太大。

解決方法:把紙堆升高至離擋紙牙頂部約5mm的位置,或把遞紙吸嘴調低至能正常吸紙的位置。

(4)擋紙毛刷太低或伸進紙堆太多。

解決方法:把擋紙毛刷的位置調節到能正常輸紙的位置。

(5)氣路堵塞,吸力不足。

解決方法:加強檢査並做好清潔工作,及時清潔供氣系統,防止供氣系統堵塞或漏氣,如果發現吸力不足可以適當開大吸氣量。
