如何解決步殼畫冊印刷排版問題

步殼印刷在裁成成品時，最裡面的書頁就會被多裁去2mm左右，這對頁面質量產生的影響還不算太明顯，可當帖數增至4帖時，書刊的書脊處積累寬度一般會增至3-5mm，最里帖無形地被擠出，裁口處就形成梯形邊。
        步殼印刷在畫冊印刷騎馬訂的拼版問題解決-印刷廠將書的封面與書芯一起配套成為一冊，騎在機器上用鐵絲沿折縫進行裝訂成書，就叫做“騎馬訂（saddle stitching）”。

　　在印刷市場，這種裝訂方法多用於雜志、畫冊、p書比較薄的書刊等。大多為1-4印張，紙張多選用比較薄的膠版紙及銅版紙-80~157g／m2。在觀察折後疊套在一起的半成品時，我們會發現，帖與帖之間相疊後出現一個積累寬度，書厚每增加1mm，書脊橫向疊加寬度就會增加0.5mm，而且隨著帖數的增加而遞增。在2個印張以下時，書脊的訂口處積累寬度在2mm左右。

　　步殼印刷在裁成成品時，最裡面的書頁就會被多裁去2mm左右，這對頁面質量產生的影響還不算太明顯，可當帖數增至4帖時，書刊的書脊處積累寬度一般會增至3-5mm，最里帖無形地被擠出，裁口處就形成梯形邊。由於套帖時4帖不能靠緊，有時書脊疊加的寬度還會大於5mm，而且這個寬度差無法解決，裁切時，里頁被擠出的成品邊被裁掉5mm，翻開成品書，頁面成品以內部分被裁去，一些帶框邊的畫面不居中了。最嚴重的是，有些頁碼會被裁掉，整本書頁碼位置嚴重偏差，直接破壞頁面整體美感。

　　步殼印刷是怎樣解決這一問題的？首先，須瞭解選用的紙張類型及印刷品的帖數。對於只有1-2帖的一般性雜志，選用60g／m2膠版紙，可按正常拼版方法，版心居中拼放即可；如果是4帖的書刊，不管選用何種類型的紙張，拼版時第3帖的所有頁面版心應向訂口移動3mm左右，第4帖在此基礎上應增至5mm左右，不用擔心版心移動會出現預想不到的質量問題；如果是高檔畫刊，可以借助電腦拼版系統，對1-4帖的版心、頁碼1-32、33-64向訂口處做漸變的移動，從里頁的32p和33p開始，最多移動5mm左右，並依次漸變至1p和64p的居中位置止。此外，還可以在拼版前，先用要求紙張折一本完整的樣書，並對其書脊疊加後的寬度進行測量，以得出準確數據，再進行生產，這樣就可以避免頁碼位置的嚴重偏差。
