        1.粘度值

　　2.壓印滾筒

　　3.油墨

　　4.溶劑

　　在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。溶劑比是關鍵。在高速印刷中，溶劑的乾燥速度不能太快，要緩慢乾燥溶劑才能生產！加入溶劑的原則是使用頻繁添加和少添加的原則，從油墨濾芯中添加和攪拌，不要從油墨盆中添加，強度不應太大，否則會對油墨顏色產生影響。在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。

　　5.刮刀角度

　　在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。做點色版的刮板不應該安裝得太硬，相對可以稍微軟一點，刮刀和壓印輥之間的距離可以比較遠，刮刀的角度應該在45-50度，不能和平，不能太陡！這可以考慮到墨花和乾版的問題。在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。

　　6.生產環境

　　步殼印刷在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。當我們在早期停留時，軋輥錶面會出現一層水霧。目前，我們車間的相對濕度為80%，正常印刷車間的相對濕度為50%。在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。

　　7.版輥

　　步殼印刷在這兩個群體之間不可能有所作為的範圍內。原料膜的電暈強度在印刷前必須進行測試。如果油墨在底面不能完全轉移，特別是在淺網印刷時，會出現類似阻塞板的質量問題。這個問題主要是由於薄膜錶面的電暈沖擊強度不好，薄膜的外觀不形成粗糙的錶面，材料的錶面張力能大於油墨的錶面張力能。油墨不能形成有效的附著在膜上，油墨不能完全轉移，因此油墨不能顯示效果。
